We offer setups that are based on your preferred colors and includeds a hint of your personality and or occasion. Simply contact us and include Pinterest pictures and any information that clearly explains your vision for your luxury event

How do I book your services

Booking is simple! Simply browse our website, select your service, theme/colours and any add ons for your event, and proceed to fill out the form. A team member will contact you to finalize your booking. Booking is not confirmed until payment is made.

What if I do not have any specific location in mind?

We have so many suggestions for picnics, proposals, weddings and any events around Yellowknife. Simply contact us and we can help you pick out a location that best fits your mood and event.

Can I have an indoor picnic?

Yellowknife can be very cold and our winters tend to last longer. But that does not mean the gatherings have to stop, our picnics can be setup indoors. You have the option to go with The Picnic Haven or any location of your choice.

Who is responsible for cleaning afterwards?

Our services include setup, clean up and tear down. You are only responsible for showing up and enjoying yourself.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?

We understand that the weather is unpredictable. In the event of rain/ smoke etc, if it is a picnic or proposal we will offer to move your setup to indoors or reschedule at no additional cost.

What if I change my mind? Do I get a refund?

We understand that life happens and things change. However curating luxury events requires  a lot of planning on our end, we do not offer refunds but you can reschedule your event to a later date.

Can I do a proposal that is not a picnic?

Absolutely, our different proposal packages offer variety of options. We also offer custom proposal packages, to bring your vision to life.
